The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Any payment dispute is a violation of this agreement and the client agrees to pay all collection fees. Pricing is subject to change without notice. This agreement is governed by Florida law with disputes resolved exclusively in Palm Beach County courts.
