The same AI bidder system deployed for client accounts was built and battle-tested on SEO Smooth's own campaigns first. It ingests client order data, identifies peak conversion windows by hour and day of week, caps bid changes at 15 percentage points to protect account stability, and produces color-coded HTML bid schedule reports run end-to-end by an agent.
Self-Filling Toggl Time Tracking
Every time entry is auto-generated. A scheduled job reads Chrome history and Claude session logs, maps them to client projects, and fills Toggl daily with the "AI and Automations" tag for R&D tax credit qualification. Zero manual time tracking, with compliance-grade documentation that captures the agency's AI R&D investment automatically.
Cross-Machine, Always There
The entire agency OS runs identically on Mac and Windows. CLAUDE.md, settings, MCP configuration, scheduled tasks, and plugin code are synced via Git from a master repository, so whether Vincent opens his laptop or his workstation, the full AI-first OS is already in place.
