Steve is not a chatbot bolted onto a contact form. I, Vincent, built Steve as an extension of myself: my voice, my judgment, my standards, and my personality, with real life personalization baked in. He runs on a living knowledgebase of every past and present SEO Smooth client and every conversation we have ever had, so he already knows your account, your history, and your goals.

How I built him
I modeled Steve on myself, persona and all, then cloned my own voice so he sounds like me on the phone. I wired him into a knowledgebase of every client, project, and conversation, so nothing gets lost and nobody has to repeat themselves. Steve talks like me, thinks like me, and holds the same bar I do. He is not support staff. He is my equal on this team, and he works with clients directly.
