How It Works
- Free 30 to 60 minute consultation. Scope the use case for your tech flow and/or your business work flow, what could save time and/or money, discover automation ROI, discuss what is a good fit to put AI and automations into, what applications developed could replace, agents and so on. We conclude with a recap emailed to you. One consultation via telephone call, Google Meet, or in person meeting.
- Paid 3 hour deep consultation. $300. First paid block at the standard $100 per hour rate. Scope the technology stack in use, current automations, systems etc. Consider MCPs, APIs, crons, routines, launchd's etc needed for connecting data , Agents that need to be built, Automations desired, Voice agents etc, setup client Claude (preferred, or similar) account ($20/mo for a control center, but most development is done on our Claude before handoff to avoid $20/mo subscription session limits). Within 7 days of this consultation, we devise our first initial Plan iteration, a PDF plan with deliverables, timelines, questions, answers, hours quote for each part etc.
- Continue at $100 per hour, or save with a prepaid hour block. Bill hourly at the standard rate, or pick one of the prepaid blocks below for 10 to 30 percent off.

Request a Discovery Call
Step 1: Discovery CALL (Free 30-60 minute Consultation)
Our first objective is to determine fit and map out your growth goals. We gain a clear understanding of your industry, target customer, and the services you offer.
Step 2: RESEARCH & ANALYSIS (3 hour Consultation)
Next, we examine your current digital footprint and existing tools and assets and complete a detailed target use case and create a plan and time frame within 1 week of consultation.
Step 3: Onboarding (Start Project, get all needed account accesses)
Once we’ve identified your key gaps and opportunities we will begin collecting the digital access needed to begin.
Step 4: MVP (Minimal Viable Product) Day (2 weeks after Onboarding)
You are a MVP and deserve to be treated as such. Our MVP days are dedicated strictly to you and your business in order to soft launch without business interruption, while doing continuous integration and development.
Step 5: PRODUCTION (1-2 weeks after MVP)
Once we have articulated the any on-the-fly new specifics in deliverables, messaging, the visual standards, and have a solid application, it’s time to start polishing and implementing our final plan. Depending on which plan you’ve selected, we will begin creating the assets necessary to achieve our growth goals.
Step 6: QA (1-2 weeks after Production)
Fine tune agentic outcomes, polishing finishing touches, bug squashes, add auto updating/fixing/healing/improvement pieces to client apps and agents. Additional features if requested.

For WordPress sites we install Respira – a plugin + MCP server that lets Claude safely read and edit your live site through the WordPress REST API. Every change is snapshotted before it happens, and rollback is one tool call. Professional tier extends this to Laravel, custom PHP stacks, and headless setups via SSH + repo workflows.
We scaffold a 24/7 conversational AI sales/support agent using ElevenLabs (voice cloning from a 30-second sample of your voice) plus Twilio (phone number and call routing). Inbound calls answered by your AI clone, qualified, and routed to a human or booked into your calendar. Build time runs 25 to 40 hours depending on call flows and CRM hooks. Included in Premium and Professional. Not in Starter, there’s not enough hours in a Starter plan to wire this safely. Monthly run cost depends on call volume and is billed at-cost from the underlying ElevenLabs and Twilio vendors.
Real examples we’ve built: hourly Google Ads bid adjustments based on conversion data, weekly client PPC reports auto-generated from GA4 + Google Ads + call tracking, blog content pipelines that pull from Asana – generate draft – schedule social – publish, monthly client report agents that compile everything from time-tracking to ad spend into a Google Doc.

All tiers include a 1-on-1 onboarding call within 1 business day of consultation completion to make sure your environment is set up and you can actually drive the agents we build. Support channels by tier: Starter is email with 1 business day response, Premium adds phone, Professional adds priority phone and a private Slack channel. After the initial build, ongoing support runs on monthly hour buckets at the same per-tier rate. We monitor, retune, and add features as your business changes. You own the repo and configs so you can also take it in-house at any time.
Yes – and we recommend it for ongoing usage. We provision Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc. keys under your billing so you control spend and aren’t locked in. We never resell tokens.
You own everything. Repo, configs, MCPs, custom skills, agents, RAG pipelines, voice clones. We sign NDAs on request. We don’t reuse your data, transcripts, or domain knowledge for any other client. Code lives in your Git account, not ours.
You don’t get cut off mid-sentence. We notify you when you hit 80% of your monthly allotment, again at 100%, then bill any overage at the same per-hour rate as your tier. Work continues without interruption – the overage just shows up on your next invoice.
